Working with Ads in the Plan

When ads are booked to a plan, the plan is created. However, the first time someone opens that plan, the ads have not yet been laid out on it, unless Plan Automation is in use.

There are several tools to assist you in ad pagination.

• Ads, on-hold ads, standby ads, fillers, and irregular ads are listed in the Ad List dialog box.

• Any problems with ads appear in the Loading Errors dialog box when Opening a Plan

Ad pagination involves several steps.

• You must place the ads on the pages. This process is referred to as planning the ads. See Planning ads.

• You can fill in unused space. See Working with fillers.

• You must arrange the ads in an attractive and functional way. See Moving ads in the Plan.
