Moving ads in the Plan

To move an ad manually

1. Select the ad to be moved.

2. Do the following:

   • Click and drag the ad to move it around. Below is a short recording to show it in action Note the blue guideline showing user which column it will be dropped into. Its left side will snap to that column's left side.

   • This video shows how the ad snaps to the grid when moving an ad and also shows how to move more than a single ad at a time

1. To snap an ad to the next closest ad, hold down the option (⌥) key (Mac) or Alt Key (PC) before moving it.

2. To move an ad into the 0,0 space (top left outside the margins, move it up into that spot.

Note: Naviga Plan will not allow two ads to overlap. The gap between ads is set in Naviga Plan Setup.

If you move automatically placed ads manually and decide you don’t like the changes, you can rearrange the ads automatically by using and of the Automatic options in Planning Ads
