Duplicating objects on the layout
To duplicate headers, fillers, banners, and reserved spaces
In the plan, select the page on which you want the duplicate object to appear.
Select the filler, header, banner, or reserved space.
Do one of the following:
Choose Edit -> Duplicate.
Press Ctrl-D (Windows or Mac OS).
Make any desired changes and click OK. (Avoid locking the item until you have dragged it into the desired position.)

The new, duplicate item appears in the upper-left corner of the selected page. Note: If another item is occupying that corner, the new reserved space appears as near to that corner as possible.
Unplan an object
To unplan an object(s) select the desired object to unplan and do one of the following:
Select Edit -> Unplan
Right click (ctrl-click on Mac), and select Unplan
Press the delete button
Window will appear with options:

Do one of the following:
Click Unplan. Naviga Plan removes the selected items from the plan. Ads remain in the Ads list, ready to be planned again. Fillers, banners, and headers remain in the Library Filler list, ready to be planned again. Selected reserve spaces are deleted.
Click Unplan & Disable. The selected items are removed from the plan. Ads remain in the Ads list and cannot be planned automatically until they are enabled. Fillers, banners, and headers remain in the Library Filler list. Fillers and banners cannot be planned automatically until they are enabled. Selected reserve spaces are deleted.
Click Cancel to close the window without unplanning.
Note: To enable disabled ads in the Ads list for automatic planning, select "Set Planable" from the ad list by right clicking, select Set Planable -> Enable.
