Notes

Adding notes

You can add a single note to a plan or to a page. Also, you can add one or more notes to an ad or a reserved space.

Once a note is created, any user can modify the comments in the note, add more comments, or delete the note.

To add notes to plans, pages, ads, and reserved spaces

  1. Select the item if creating a note for a page, ad, or reserved space

  2. Select the item and an existing note to read/edit/delete the note. If you only select the item it will create a new note rather than edit the existing one

  3. Ensure nothing is selected to create a note for the entire plan

  4. Do one of the following:

    • File -> Notes

    • Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift‐M - valid for both Mac & PC
