Output
Naviga Plan can output to a variety of Editorial Systems or directly to InDesign. Please see Plan Setup Target list for a current list of available systems. Whichever targets are configured in your setup will be what is available on the Output menu for the users to output to.
To output pages:
Select desired pages
Select File -> Output and select the desired output target Ctrl-P will also work as a shortcut (Mac or PC) for the first output target.

Page Range - Options are All or Selected. Selected would be selected pages - so prior to outputting the page(s) user would need to select desired pages or page sets using any of the select options available.
Output Options - Options here are single and pairs. If single is selected and Separate Files is not checked, then a single XML File will be produced, containing all (or selected) pages. If single is selected and Separate Files IS checked, then you will get multiple XML files - one for every page. If pairs is selected, separate files will be grayed out and the output will always produce multiple pages - on for every two pages.
Override - this requires some setup to use, but this will override the product name in the output if the target system was enabled to allow for that.
If there are any errors (color violations, adds missing from plan, etc) you will be warned in a popup
The Output window opens. Select desired options.
Note: Output targets for your implementation are configured in Plan Setup
Note: Output destination file locations are configured in Plan Setup
