Refreshing plans
While you have a plan open, other users may be making changes to other pages/sections, stories (if using NCS Content), ad layouts, ad scheduling, and so forth. These changes are not automatically updated to a plan that is already open.
If you want to be certain the plan you have open is current, including ad and story positions, statuses, and the lists in the Ad List box, you can refresh the plan.
Do one of the following:
In the Plan menu, choose Planning -> Refresh Plan.
Press F5.
In the Ad List dialog box, click the Refresh icon (
).In the Running Order list, click the Refresh icon (
).
If there are any loading errors, the Loading Errors box opens. See Dealing with loading errors. If you have made any changes to the plan, the Refresh Plan dialog opens.

Click Save
