Adding color to a page

You can add color to a page by making a selection from the Pages -> Color menu:

Choose to assign the colors cyan, magenta, and yellow to the selected pages.

Choose to unassign all colors from the selected pages.

Alt+Shift‐F

Cyan

Choose to assign cyan to the selected pages.

Magenta

Choose to assign magenta to the selected pages.

Yellow

Choose to assign yellow to the selected pages.

Other

Choose to assign a special color to the selected pages. A dialog box opens and allows you to specify the color.

To add color to a page:

  1. In the Plan, select a page.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • In the Plan menu, choose Pages -> Color.

    • From the Pages Color menu, select the color(s) that you want assigned to the page.

    • To assign the colors cyan, magenta, and yellow to the selected pages, press Alt-F (Windows) or Option-F (Mac OS).

    • To unassign all colors from the selected pages, press Alt+Shift-F (Windows) or Option+Shift- F (Mac OS).

The colors are assigned to the page, as indicated in the icon below the page. See Attributes panel.
