Site Statuses

Understanding status indicators in the Plan

You can see or indicate the condition of pages in the Plan using site statuses:

  • Site statuses: You can apply one of four colors to a selected page or pages, to indicate whatever your site chooses. The Plan shows the color you choose in a box around the page number.

Your site can use a system to indicate the progress of pages through the production process by tagging them with site statuses.

The Plan has four site statuses you can assign to a page (or you can select no status). They are represented by colored tags: red, magenta, yellow, and green. When you select a status for a page, the color appears behind the page number below the page in the Plan layout.

To assign a site status to a page

  1. In the Plan, select the pages you want to give the status.
