Changes in each version

If you click on a bundled version (1), the changes that are shown for you is compared to the next version below the bundled version (2). If there are eight versions in one bundled version, all the changes for the eight versions are shown at the same time.

If you want to see exactly which version in the bundled version has which changes, you have to open the bundling and click on each different version.

Changes in the content area

When you have chosen a version, or looking at the latest saved version, you will see which changes have been made in the content area.

  1. Removed text will have a line above the text

  2. New text in a version will be purple

If you have made changes in the content area that not are text changes, they will be shown as the example below

  1. You have deleted an image

  2. There is an image in the content area that has been saved in an earlier version

  3. You have added a new image to this version or made any changes for example change image byline.

Metadata changes

If you have made changes in the metadata, changed channel for example, you will see that there has been changes. You can not see which metadata has been change, and you are not able to restore to older metadata settings. The metadata will always be the same as the latest saved version.

In the description above you could read that you do not see which metadata has been change. That is true for one exception. If the status has been change you will see this in the list of versions.
