Communication History Import

The following data elements can be used with the “CommHistImport” usage.

Data Element	Description
Communication Item ID	ID of communication item whose history is being imported.
Communication Method Details*	Occupant’s e-mail address, phone number or address for the communication item above.
Communication Method ID*	Occupant’s communication method (email, phone or mail).
Delivery Date	Date communication was sent to occupant.
Delivery Time	Time communication was sent to occupant.
Occupant ID*	ID of occupant receiving the communication.
