Subscriber Activity Output Format
An output file will be exported as part of the process. The file will be located in /dti/exchange/cm
and be called <input file name>EDIT or <input file name>COMMIT, depending on whether the import is being run in “edit only” mode or “commit” mode.
For example, if the input file name was “subactivity” and being run in “edit” mode, the output file name would be “subactivityEDIT
”. All records that were interfaced will be included in the output file, and the format will be the same as that shown for the interface file above, with one exception: the following fields will be tacked on to the end of each record, as shown below.
Update Status
Indicates whether the record was accepted or rejected.
Reject Code
If rejected, a reject code will be given.
Reject or warning description
If a record is rejected or if it has a warning, a message about the reject or warning will be displayed here.
Subscription ID
The subscription ID is displayed here. However, it will not be displayed for account, solicit, complaint, or extra records.
