Grace Balance

The Grace Balance report is used to accumulate the grace-owed and grace-accrual amounts for subscribers on a specified date.

To run the report:

1. Select Subscriber | Grace Balance to display the Grace Balance Report window.

2. Click Add.

   
3. Specify the Product and the Balance Date. Note: In order to get proper grace-accrual results, the balance date must be the end date of the last Grace Due Report.

4. Click OK and then Continue to produce the report.
