# Grace Balance

The Grace Balance report is used to accumulate the grace-owed and grace-accrual amounts for subscribers on a specified date.

#### To run the report:

1. Select Subscriber | Grace Balance to display the Grace Balance Report window.
2. Click Add.<br>

3. Specify the Product and the Balance Date.\
   **Note:** *In order to get proper grace-accrual results, the balance date must be the end date of the last Grace Due Report.*
4. Click OK and then Continue to produce the report.
