# Digital Complaint Template

If access to a digital edition is granted as part of a complaint transaction, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the subscriber using this template. A default template is contained in the `email/custservice` directory in the CM code set. There are separate templates, `dgtlcomplaint.htm` and `dgtlcomplaint.tmp`, for HTML and text e-mails, respectively.
